A discovery call is a 10-minute chat to help you decide if naturopathy is right for you. I’ll explain how my services work and answer any questions you have—no pressure, just information.
Initial Consultation
-
Your initial consultation is a chance for me to really get to know you and your health story. We’ll cover:
A deep dive into your health, mental, and work history.
A review of your diet, lifestyle, and any medications you’re taking.
An analysis of any existing pathology or discussion of further testing, such as a microbiome test, food intolerance tests, or referrals if needed.
Setting your health priorities and creating a realistic, personalised plan to help you achieve your goals.
This is your time to share everything that’s affecting your health in a judgement-free space.
-
If necessary, I may recommend further testing, such as food intolerance tests, pathology, or a microbiome test to better understand your health concerns. We’ll discuss all options so you can make informed decisions about your health. You choose what, when and how fast we get there.
It is your health! -

Follow-Up Consultations
-
Standard Appointment (30 minutes): Ideal for regular follow-ups to monitor your progress and adjust your plan.
Extended Appointment (45 minutes): Recommended if it’s been more than 12 months since your last visit, if it’s your second consultation, or if you feel you need extra time to cover multiple concerns.
-
The frequency of follow-ups depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients need more frequent support at the start, while others may need only occasional check-ins. We’ll discuss what feels right for you.
-
A quick check-in is a 15-minute session designed for existing clients who need a short review, an acute prescription for things like UTIs or colds, or a touch-base between longer appointments.
Treatment Plans and Approach
-
I may recommend supplements or herbal medicines to support your treatment, but everything is tailored to your preferences and comfort level. I’ll explain each recommendation and adjust based on how your body responds.
-
If you notice any side effects, I’ll review and adjust your prescription to make sure your treatment continues to feel right for you.
-
